Who we are and what we do
Podiatrists are highly skilled health professionals who have been trained to prevent, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate abnormal conditions of the feet and lower limbs. Podiatrists help prevent and correct deformities, keep people mobile, relive pain, and treat infection.
Natalie Kitchener | MRCPod | Clinic Co-Owner
“I love to help people get back on their feet and
enjoying an active life.”
Qualifications: Natalie graduated from University of Brighton (First-Class honours) and received the Tomorrow’s Podiatry Awards nomination for Student of the Year. She is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (39132) and HCPC registered (CH036266).
Clinical interests: Natalie’s particular clinical interests are biomechanics and nail surgery.
Outside the clinic: Natalie is a keen trail runner – most recently the 2023 ‘Steyning Stinger’ half marathon on the South Downs. She’s also a horse rider, dog walker, and a busy mum.

Flo Paul| MRCPod | Clinic Co-Owner
“I pride myself on treating the person, not just their feet!”
Qualifications: Flo graduated from University of Brighton in 2010 and was awarded a scholarship for her academic achievement and the Galderma Clinical Podiatry Prize. She is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (30405) and HCPC registered (CH31945).
Clinical interests: Flo enjoys the variety of general practice. Her clinical interests are dermatology and footwear.
Outside the clinic: In 2022 Flo undertook the 1,000 miles challenge of walking the equivalent of Land’s End to John O’Groats in 12 months. She also enjoys cycling, skiing, crochet, and photography.

Elizabeth (Liz) Raja-Rayan MRCPod | Podiatrist
Qualifications & Experience: Liz qualified from the University of Westminster in 1992. She is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (12223) and HCPC registered (CH11392). After 8 years shared between NHS and private practice, Liz has worked full-time for the NHS in Horsham and Crawley for the last 24 years, principally in high risk and diabetic foot complications.
Clinical interests: Liz’s particular clinical interests are diabetes, wound care and nail surgery.
Outside the clinic: Liz is a keen golfer and plays at Cottesmore. She is also a musician and plays the clarinet and saxophone in several wind ensembles, and serves as the music librarian for one of her wind ensembles.

Steph Youell | S.A.C Dip RFHP
Foot Health Practitioner & Apprentice Podiatrist
“I realised that I could learn a new profession and help others, which is something I have always tried to do.”
Qualifications: Steph qualified in October 2021 with distinction as a Foot Health Practitioner (Level 4) training via Stonebridge College (registration number a317608). Steph’s long-standing career is in marketing where she holds a BA Hons degree in Media Production however, the pandemic reaffirmed her decision to train in foot care enabling her to help improve patients foot health and in turn their general wellbeing. She is a student member of the Royal College of Podiatry (10944995).
Clinical interests: Steph is interested in nail care, removal of corns, callus and verruca treatment, alongside therapeutic therapies including warm wax and nail reconstruction
Outside the clinic: Steph is a keen swimmer, in March 2023 she took part in the Diabetes UK Swim 22 Challenge where she swam 11 miles, the distance to France, to raise funds for diabetic research. She has three children and enjoys supporting them with their hobbies including Football & Rugby and can be seen holding the first aid kit at the side-lines.
