Membership Options
- Assist: Designed to assist with non-problematic nails and skin, helping you stay on top of essential foot health basics and manage simple, everyday foot issues before they develop further.
- Maintain: Focused on maintaining regular nail and skin care to keep your feet healthy and comfortable year-round, while managing recurring minor issues and preventing early problems from worsening.
- Support: Providing deeper support for your podiatry needs, from routine care to emerging concerns, including early or mild foot problems that benefit from timely intervention.
- Manage: Offering ongoing management of your podiatry needs, ideal for maintaining stability and preventing issues from progressing, especially for those with established or recurring foot conditions.
- Protect: Delivering the highest level of protection for your foot health, including proactive monitoring and Footscan pressure-based gait analysis (exclusive to the Protect plan), perfect for those at higher risk of complications or needing advanced preventative care.

We’re not charging less — we’re offering more for the same price. Your treatment price is secured for a full 12-month membership (with PAYG prices rising in June 2026), and your foot-care costs are simply spread across the year, with appointments arranged according to practitioner preference where possible.
As a member, you’ll also benefit from priority access to appointment times that fit your schedule, along with a comprehensive annual foot-health review and gait assessment* that supports long-term wellbeing. Your progress is monitored throughout the year with personalised recommendations, while seamless monthly payments keep things straightforward and transparent.
You’ll also enjoy 10% savings on foot-care products and orthotic accessories, plus quarterly members-only insights and seasonal foot-health advice to keep you feeling your best.

Your review includes vascular assessment, neurological screening, footwear evaluation, and a gait assessment (with Footscan Digital gait pressure analysis for Protect members).

Payment Information
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Processing fees are included within the monthly membership fee
- Card details are stored securely within Stripe
- Appointment management is handled via Cliniko
Membership Benefits
- Benefits apply exclusively to the named member and are non-transferable
- Your Annual Foot Health Review takes place during a scheduled routine appointment
- Members receive a 10% discount on selected retail products
Cancellation Policy
- Memberships renew annually unless cancelled
- A renewal reminder will be sent in advance via email
- One full calendar months’ notice is required to cancel
- If additional appointments have been used beyond your membership allowance, any outstanding balance will be at charged at the standard rate
