Painful Feet / Musculoskeletal Conditions / Sports Injury
Painful feet occur for a multitude of reasons and at any age. Injury, overuse or conditions causing inflammation involving the bones, ligaments or tendons. The most common complaints seen are:

Nail Conditions
Toenails come in all shapes and sizes. You may simply require your nails cutting because you can not reach them. However, they can also be problematic and cause embarrassment or pain.
At Feet & Motion we are experts at dealing with any nail concerns that you may have, including:

Systemic diseases that affect the feet

Diabetes is a disease that develops from high blood glucose (sugar) which causes damage to the blood vessels and nerves. Loss of sensation in the feet is referred to as peripheral neuropathy and this is associated with wounds and ulceration. Early diagnosis, regular vascular and neurological checks, and proper care of the skin and nails is essential to maintaining foot health.
